I’ve been working remotely as a Designer and Illustrator for the past 20 years, allowing my career to unfold across countries, cultures, and landscapes.

In 2008, I co-founded Nomad Onion Studio, creating illustrations and designs for game art and educational apps. Our clients have included Disney, Garmin, Cartoon Network, Discovery Kids, and Samsung.

My work enables me to live close to nature, where I find inspiration in the quiet rhythms of the natural world.

7 Years in Asia

From 2015-2022, I lived and worked across 17 Asian countries while maintaining my freelance design practice remotely. This experience taught me to balance creative work with constant travel, managing projects across time zones while immersing myself in diverse cultures:

7 Months in France

2024-2025. During my time in France, I focused on daily walks that became both creative practice and language learning. These walks through countryside and villages helped me develop more fluency in French while deepening my connection to slower, more intentional rhythms of life.And off course, ate tons of cheese.

My Daily Walks

2022 – Present

@florwalks is a documentation that I recently started of my daily walking practice, were each walk becomes an opportunity for mindful observation, foraging discoveries, and capturing the subtle changes in my local landscape through photography.

[Castellano abajo] We’re in Tamariscos’ flowering season, and the scenery has changed drastically. Last Sunday, I walked with my umbrella through empty, muddy streets, waved hello to the small grocery shop owner, and it instantly hit me that I wanted to spend this rainy day as proper rainy days should be spent: kneading and eating pasta.

 El domingo pasado caminé con mi paraguas por las calles vacías y embarradas. Desde la calle saludé al dueño del almacén del barrio que ya estaba atendiendo a la gente que buscaba ingredientes para su almuerzo; y en ese momento tan cotidiano y familiar supe que quería pasar el día como deben pasarse los días de lluvia: amasando y comiendo pasta.
